About Me

I am a journalist, researcher and educator with almost 20 years of experience across journalism, higher education and research. My work brings together journalism practice, digital media, data storytelling and environmental communication.

I hold a PhD from Western Sydney University and have taught and developed journalism and media courses across leading Australian universities. My journalism background continues to shape my teaching and research, particularly my interest in how journalism is changing in digital, data-driven and AI-enabled environments.
